How to set goals and actually achieve them

A pre-planned idea about the future desire or needs that what you want and how to achieve them in your life within more or less fixed time frame.

According to the goal setting theory -Specific,difficult goals leads to higher performance then either easy goals or instructions to do your best.

Setting a goal
For setting a goal ,you have to set priority first .Determine what's your need and what's your want.
Which one is the most priority to you in your life ,your need or want.
You should give first priority to your need because without it a person will suffer either physically or mentally.
And a want is a choice.
How to fulfill your needs ,firstly make a goal For it .
Your priority helps you in setting  your goals

How to determine-

(1)Be realistic with your goals=Ask yourself you  have all the things or not...that is your need to achieve your goal (Skill,resources, time,knowledge).
It is important to evaluate your situation honestly and recognise which goals are realistic which is not.

(2)Creat a time=Think about how long each goal shouldbreasonalbly take and make a timeline for achieving them.

(3)Plan for encountering  obstacles= Thinking in advance about obstacles  you might encounter will help you develop ideas for how to deal with them if they come up.

(4)Get to work on your goal consistently= The key to acheiving  life goals in  work on them steadily and consistently.

(5)Beleive in your self 
Review the goal
Scheduled it and do it.
