How to become a mentally stronger person

When you start believing in yourself
When you learn how to fight with social awkwardness 
When you start not to care what the people say about you or about your failurness
When you get to know how to make yourself tough and start fighting with failure.


when you apply all the above points in your life afterthen you will become a mentally strong person.
All the above  points are hard to be done especially when you feel stuck,but it is depend on yourself what do you want to do or not to do.
Want to stuck....?
Or want to set yourself apart from social awakwardness or from crowd.
Change your mindset apart from the crowd.

(1)Make yourself confident=You have to handle any situation with confidently wheather things are going wrong or right.Never let your confident level down ,belief in your ability to succeed.

(2)Care about everything  but don't mind= Always remember that  not every thing in life is in your hand you cared about.If  everything goes in a wrong way ,then you also try to  don't  mind.Everything will be ok.

(3)Manage your Emotions=Sometimes you may not be able to control what happens in your life or May you can't handle that situation.Learn to manage your Emotions is another important part of becoming emotionally and mentally strong.

(4)Determine what would you like to change in yourself=You need to build up your mental and emotional strength .You will need to turn your challenges  into a goal that you can work towards.

(5)Consider your past expedience = Your past experience which is not good enough that was your weakness.
Now it's a time to turn your weakness into your mental toughness.

(6)Take best care of yourself=You should take a  healthy bite ,Follow your daily exercise routine ,Complete sleep,relexation ; Will help you to develop and maintain your mental strength.
