How to forgive someone ,who hurt you

Forgiveness is a delibrate decision which is taken to release feelings of bitterness towards a person who has hurt you,whether they deserve actually your forgiveness. 
Forgiveness is also a way -trying to see things from another/their point of view.


Forgiveness brings the forgiver peace of mind and freeze his/her aggression.
Forgiveness enables you to heal and move on with your life.

☆ Forget  your past history and all hurts:You got nothing from remembring those people who have hurted you.so embrace them all and move on to the next act.

 Love yourself :When someone hurt you,then you have trouble letting go to negative thoughts that they have about themselves.These negative thoughts often come from outside people whose opinion we value and from whom we seek love and acceptance.
Get out of these negative thoughts from your mind ,except who you are and what you are and love yourself than others.
☆ Make a strong decision:When you got hurted, you start blaming others for our hurt or no body can understand you and your feelings.
These things don't disappear on their own ,you need to make commitment to "let it go"and will make sure that you never be repeated your mistakes.

☆ Back to your beautiful life:Release all the pain ,the hurt that you have felt.Now it's a time to back to your beautiful life and your amazing future, which is waiting for you.
Take all the responsibility in your own shoulders  instead being a victim and blaming others.
☆ Forgive them and yourself too.
☆ Point to be remembered that forgiveness isn't a sign of weakness .It's simply saying ,you did something that hurt me but I want to move on forward in my life for my family who loves me alot and welcm joy into it.
I can't do it until "let it go"
