Here are 6 ways which help you to encourage your positive thinking:-

(1)Say yourself everyday "Today is a good day"positive thinking defines yourmental attitude.Not let your mentality dominated you,inspite of this let your positive affirmation dominated your mentality.
When you start doing this you will be amazed how much your day improved.

(2)Try to find happiness in small small things in this complicated world.There  is no such thing as a perfect  day that can bring happiness in your face but you have to make a perfect day by yourself and encounter the challenges which you face everyday and inspite of this think about the thrill of trying something new.

(4)Surround yourself with positive enviroment.when you feel stuck in your life,talk to people who can cheer you up and can put things into perspective and won't feed your negative thinking.

(5)Appreciate your wins fully. You should celebrate your success instead of minimized them.We have this bad habit of minimization of our wins and not fully appreciating them.

(6)Generate positive emotions by watching funny vedio or you should read positive quotes . Live in the moment and enjoy them fully. These types of things will defineitely work for you.
