HOW TO DEVELOP:-
(1)Listening =For the improvement of your communication skill ,you must improve your Listeining skill.A good listener can be a good communicative because when you communicate to the other person you have to listen what the other person is saying instead of formulating your response.
(2)Body language=This is very important when you are going for face to face meeting is visual conversation or conference.
So keep eye contact so that the other person knows that you are paying attention towards him.
(3)Write things down= Take Notes while you are talking to another person is when you are in a meeting .It will help you to memorize things .
(4)Think before you speak= Take a pause while speaking and pay close attention to what you say and how you say it.
(5) Treat everyone equally and maintain a positive attitude and smile on your face😊.
