How to approach an interview confidently


Every person wants to get the best job that they possibly can-one you enjoy your work that challenges you and make best use of your strength.But for getting the best job as you want,for that you have to pass through an interview and would face the interviewers.

When you listen the word interview or whe n you see that you are the next who will go for the interview ,a little bit anxious feeling you feel inside you.

When you think about interview you start getting nervous and you think how your interviewers are.?
How are questions about to ask from you..?
What that will want to hear from you.?
How to answer all the questions in a perfect way.?
There are so many questions strike to your mind randomly. Everything goes in hodge-podge but the more you are practicing the answers of the questions the better you will become at answering the question and refining  communication skill.

When you at the interview you have a mental block and stutterd.

I'll omit any pretentious advice and only share with you some simple hacks of how to approach an interview.

As I have already told about your condition that how you feel when you think about the interview.When you see that you are the next who is about to go for an interview you have to do just one important thing - Try to keep away your stressfull feeling that include your all frustration ,nervousness and unease worry.
Before entering the room your all unease worry leave out of the door and walk into the room with your shoulder back and chin up.

☆Make eye contact and after a sincere smile to show that you are happy to be where you are.

☆You should know that the person of higher in rank or age should be the first one to attend a hand.
The interviewers should be the one to take a lead of hanshake.You should not make a mistake to initiate it.
Your handshake should be firm but not overpowering.

☆Now let make them know about your achievements,your willingness and how you learn form your mistake and how far  you know to still gonna shine.

☆When an interviewers start questioning, you afraid from unexpected questions to a group of strangers.you need to remember the  person conducting the interview is only human after all . Just take a long breath there is no shame in doing it .Do your best to secure yourself.Give your best answers as possible as you can.Give a pleasent expression afterward to maintain a positive interaction.
I had really like for you to succeed it would be Good for you for company that hired you.

Choices Good Or Bad ...How to deal with them

There are too many choices which we have to face them in our whole life that makes you confused what should you choose and which will be better for you.
Making a choice is a very important turn /twist of your life.
If life has two choices "yes" or"No" ,to move on choose yes for no regrets ...
to move backward say choose "No"for no regrets.
It is a part of life.Everyday brings new choices....In the morning you make the choice ,either you continue to sleep with your dream or wake up and chase them.

Some people  have been burned in the past due to their past wrong/bad decisions and choices  that's why they are afraid to;they have also two choices in front of them ,want to stuck and continue their fear to take risk in future or just take a step to move on....
If you are in a relationship and if there is any problem you have to face because of  your relation,two choices are also there you want to live with your partner and to be a part of her/his life or want to leave your partner.It's depend on you ..what will you choose..?

In our whole life atleast once we have to face such a situation in which we have to take a decision and that one decision can change your whole life.There are only two choices remains in front of you.These two choices may be a step to submit yourself or to fight against it.

I agree you don't want to submit and want to hit back by all means in your power.

I think there is nothing like Good Or Bad,it depends upon your Judgemental view.
There is a only way to make choices that while choosing keep yourself in front of you,don't make a decision and choice on the advice from other people because they will not deal with the result in future.

Always try to do your best to make  the right ones and always do your best to learn from the wrong one's.

You don't know when did you keeps your partner as a first priority.

Being single is also associated with a decrease risk of adverse effect on health.
Single people also get more good sleep and they stay far from anxiety than the people who are in a relationship.


☆☆If you are single then you are a boss of your own decision and you are also a product of your circumstances.There is no need to ask someone whether you can go anywhere else or not.
You can do what you want to do or when you want.
Who you are with,where you are at.....there is no need to let someone know.

If someone cheers you up ,you start feeling happy but not everytime, you have   anothers person who cheers you up.
You should cheer you up yourself .

In everyone's life there is a mysterious pain,some people hide their feeling and sometimes you don't want to share with anyone else or sometimes when you want to share but you can't.

Feeling of rejection is one of the burst feeling that you feel when you are going to or want to play an important role of your life.
That's a feeling , that decrease your confident level and it make a doubt on your worth.
It can cause us to do nothing and therefore resist moving forward  because we allow the feeling of rejection.That's why we are likely to miss some great opportunity along the way .

Don't be affraid ......Here are some points that helps you to get rid of feeling of rejection.

Think about on what basis you feel,you will be rejected=Sometimes your past rejections disallow you to move forward or to do progress in your life.
keep far your past rejections.....If there is anything about you,due to which you think ,you will be rejected,you have to change and improve that thing about you and increase your confident level and stay aware all  about  yourself.

Challenge your negative thoughts=
There is no need to just forget about what the people's think about you and stop thinking about the people who restrict you to do something what you want to do.use these type of things in a constructive way/manner.
What you think about yourself is very much important than what the other people think about you.
 You should Pay attention to your negative thoughts and those negative people who restrict you to do something what you want to do and challenge them.

Do efforts to improve your self respect=It is important that having a sufficient worth or merit to receive one's honor even if you are rejected.
You can't please everyone and you belong just as much as everyone else. It takes many efforts including your time and persistence but you can do it.

Find a right balance between inner and outer resources


In our moderate life living,we have to find the right balance between possessing inner and outer resources and finding a balance between materialistic greed and requisite things.
If we start from basic part of resources,we should know two resources,inner (internal) ones and outer (external) ones.
When we talk about internal resources then your inner resources means your skills,your ability to do work according to you,the things which supports you to ground and centre care of yourself.
And
When we talk about your outer resources-are all wealth and possessions you have that is not a part of who you are - money,contracts,assets and all the items you possess.
Your  internal and external resources determining your health and your quality of life. You have the ability to influence your environment and create wealth.
You want to feel happier (inner resource)by buying yourself a new thing (outer resources )
You want to be more self-aware about yourself and  (become more confiedent  (inner resources) by putting on new attractive attires).
In short you hope to feel good about ( your inner resources )by the outer ones.
But,
For finding a balance between the inner and outer resources ,you should having a management skill.
You are unique and as unique as everybody else.You don't need thousands of meaningless external resources to feel good about YOURSELF.Accept yourself as simple as you are.No possession can bring you that.
Develop your skills by yourself and develop your talent by yourself and becoming a healthy and asserving person and know that you deserve love for who you are.
It's all life, the balance has to be within you.
